This is the version that came first. Five workflows behind one recurring live webinar: registration and reminders on the way in, an attendance check after the session ended, and then two different follow-up paths depending on what someone actually did.
It ran on Zoom, which meant server-to-server OAuth and pulling attendance back out of the platform after each session rather than being told about it.
Then the business moved the webinar onto a different platform, and the whole thing got rebuilt around it. The system in production now is Client Acquisition + Onboarding, which kept the shape of this one and added everything that happens after someone buys.
I'm leaving this here because it's honest about how the current version got built. It wasn't designed once and shipped. The three-way split above, and the reply checking in the last one, were worked out here first and carried straight across.
